Thank you for shopping at saintyl.us. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures and regulations regarding order processing, dispatching and delivery.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 working days after successful payment.
Order processing is conducted from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your logistics tracking number and delivery details.
Please note that order processing time is different from logistics transportation time.
2. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we provide shipping services for customers located in the United States and Canada.
The scope of deliverable destinations may vary according to the service coverage area of our cooperative carriers. If you are unable to select your region at checkout, it means that delivery service is temporarily unavailable for that destination.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time varies by destination.
United States
Estimated delivery time: 7–12 working days
The above delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery time may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays and other factors.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and order details.
We may launch free shipping promotions from time to time. If any such promotion is ongoing, relevant information will be prominently displayed on the checkout page.
Once an order is shipped, the paid shipping fee will not be refunded.
5. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take 2 to 5 working days to update, depending on the processing speed of the carrier.
6. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes or import fees may be incurred in accordance with the regulations of the destination country or region.
Such fees are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and shall be fully borne by the customer.
7. Shipping Delay or Lost Package
Although we cooperate with reliable logistics service providers, delivery may still be delayed due to the following reasons:

Logistics carrier service interruption
Peak seasonal demand
If your order is not delivered within the estimated time frame, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
8. Incorrect Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may be unable to modify the delivery address.
If the package is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
